Who can make a referral?

Anyone can refer in to access our support. We often receive referrals from other agencies and professionals such as health visitors, social workers, family support workers and other voluntary organisations.  Families can also refer themselves.

How do I make a referral?

If you are a professional and wish to make a referral for a family please click here to download the referral form. Please ensure the family has signed the referral form prior to submission.

If you are a family and wish to refer yourself for our help and support, please click here to contact one of our team of friendly staff.

What happens next?

Once the referral has been accepted we will arrange an initial appointment to discuss your needs and tell you more about the support we have to offer. We will carefully match you with either one of our Home Visiting Volunteers or a Family Support Worker, whichever most closely meets your family's needs.  You will then receive regular weekly support.

Referrers will be kept informed throughout the referral process.
